We have the biggest and best selection of men's and women's new and vintage clothing and accessories in the Midwest. No other store can equal us in our eclectic melange of floor to ceiling selection. We have two floors of apparel, shoes, and accessories and a full service coffee bar, where we quench your thirst for caffeine as well as shopping. We serve organic Alterra coffee, every luscious and creamy espresso drink there is, and tea, Coke, and bottled drinks for those adverse to the pleasures of the bean. Come in to drink and shop where Cindy Lauper and The Donnas shop when they're in town. Soak in all we have to offer and note the Manhattan portage bags. We're the only store in Milwaukee that carries them. As always, we have loads of vintage as well, plus hundreds of wigs and thousands of sunglasses. New items arrive daily.
HISTORY: NOW WE ARE 22
We opened our first location, the Farwell store, in 1984 on Milwaukee's fashionable east side. (We were the first to call it that.) For years we sold mostly vintage. In the early 90s we started adding more imports and lines of new clothing to our selection, and in 1997 we opened a second location in Shorewood in Milwaukee's chic North Shore, where we were known as a 'funky' shop that had something for everyone (we still do). In 2001 we closed the Farwell store and moved to our current location, where we have more space for our fabulous coffee bar and an even wider variety of merchandise. In 2003 we trimmed the fat and closed the Shorewood store, which has since been reincarnated into The Establishment, the best hair salon in the world. http://www.establishmentproductions.com
